The name of the program is Audacity. It's been around since June 9 2008. the program can be used either PC or MAC and even the program can be installed in windows operating system,MAC and Linux operating system.
Some of the tools or features that this program has

• Record live audio.
• Convert tapes and records into digital recordings or CDs.
• Edit Ogg Vorbis, MP3, WAV or AIFF sound files.
• Cut, copy, splice or mix sounds together.

E Learning/ IDD 302/ 1125795

Internet is a great tool for the students,businessman, even for all people to study and learn about anything. one of them is the E-Learning program. Since we know about the E learning, the way we learn is different from the traditional learning. With E learning, we can have flexible time to study without worrying between the class schedule or work schedule. E learning can be done anywhere in the world with the internet connection. When we use the E learning we are actually practicing our self discipline without being forced to attend the class to learn from the teacher. Many universities today use the E learning system to teach their students throughout the world, even BYUH is now using the E learning program for the IWES students before they come here to take the English class ( EIL class), so that they can take it during their high school years and probably finish it after they graduate from high school so they dont need wasting their time here taking EIL Classes for one semester to a year.
With the E learning the teachers and the students can still have an online conversation regarding their courses or maybe questions. Since the E learning is done by using internet, the provider should provide the security system for the E learning program from the hacker who try to break the system that will lead to the disruptions of its E learning program. In Conclusion, the E learning program is a great way for all people to study online and many universities in America now are using this technic and offer their online classes. it is a great way and an affective way for the students,companies,universities or any organizations to limit their financial out come, yet maximize their perfomance without spending a lot money for training or learning.

The Technology training/IDD 302/1125795

As I read the article of technology training, many companies or organizations spend billions of dollar in providing training for their workers. In my opinion, before the organizations or companies provide the training to the workers, they should know first what kind of training will be needed for the trainees, whether it's the technology training or psychological training. I think it is important to have training for the workers to improve their performance in the work area that will eventually lead to the beneficial of the company or organizations. The trainer should be someone who knows exactly what the trainees need in the work area, the trainer should from the inside company who knows and understand what the trainees need to improve themselves. if we hire a trainer who is from out side of the company,it will take time for the trainer to learn about what the trainees need in the company. The trainer should be knowledgeable and know the operation of the company or organization so that the trainer know exactly what the trainees need to improve their skills and improve the company's benefits. for example, in PCC, they always use the trainer from the inside worker in PCC to train their workers who was a worker before became a trainer in a certain area regardless to train this trainer to become a good trainer. The development of technology is happening every year, it means the company needs to upgrade their system in order to compete with others or improve the company's performance, to do that a special trainer is needed to train the workers with the new technology and with the new system for the company. In conclusion, the training is needed in a company as the company grows as well as the Technology, to do that the budget for the training doesn't have to be expensive,but effective.

The Second Zero/IDD 302

It's has been my dream to pursue my education as high as possible. I want to graduate from BYUH and continue my career in business and entertainment. My plan after graduate from BYUH is going back home and help the people in my country and help the church back home with my skills that I gain from the University of Brigham Young University. My personal goals are graduate from univesity soon as possible, get married next year and woking in a place that requires all the skills I have.

I want to learn about Broad casting, Design grafis, all the computers technic or software technic on how to use it properly and I am not only waant to learn, but also practically do it in the class with the instructors or classmates, Basically i want to gain theory, experience and experiments in this class. I would also like to have projects in this class so that I can improve my skills and abilty in this course regardless the help from the instuctors.
I want to get involve one day if there is the student project that is done by the IDD major students such as making a video to promote BYUH campus or any other kind of projects that involve the IDD major students.
I never had a formal experience regarding the Course that I am taking currently, however, I tried some software programs in making a short movie or editing pictures and I still need a lot of help in developing my basic knowledge or skills.

Finally this is my First Blog ever after years and years. I would not have this blog if never took this class, so for me this is a good beginning of class and I am enjoying typing and editing my posting, my profile, I am also enjoying to get familiar with all the features inside my blog and try it all, even though most of the time I always try to figure it out my self with the features.
Hope this blog will help me with the class and give me more ideas in using it.
